Student initiatives at Frankfurt School introduce themselves

On 1 February, FS students had the opportunity to get familiar with the diverse initiatives at Frankfurt School. At the Community Life Fair, the initiatives set up their stands in the foyer of Campus Frankfurt, providing information about their projects and programmes and recruiting new members. The fair takes place twice a year and marks the start of a new semester.

A total of 48 student initiatives and various Frankfurt School organisations presented themselves, including the Student Council, FS Ambassadors, Newcomers Network and Frankfurt School Alumni e.V. Thanks to the wide range of activities on offer, there is something for everyone — be it sports, politics, culture or business. Interested students, whether first-semester or advanced students, had the chance to talk to representatives of the initiatives and enroll directly.

This fair promotes dialogue between the initiatives and students. At the same time, it emphasises the relevance and benefits of student engagement. The FS initiatives offer students the opportunity to realise their own projects within a protected framework and to acquire valuable skills. The soft skills learnt here are very much in demand in later professional life. Membership is also a great opportunity to take part in student life at Frankfurt School, get to know fellow students from all study programmes and get involved as a member or leader.
