Frankfurt am Main, 29.02.2024 12:00:00

Last Saturday, Frankfurt School alumni from the Master of Finance, Master in Management and Master in Applied Data Science programmes met for a reunion at the Campus Frankfurt. With over 140 graduates in attendance, the reunion was a huge success.

In his opening speech, Prof Dr Nils Stieglitz, President and CEO at Frankfurt School, welcomed the former students and emphasised how glad FS is to welcome so many of its Master's alumni back on campus.

A special highlight: the four workshop sessions, in which FS alumni discussed current topics and shared insights from their everyday professional lives.

The first session with MBA alumnus Bastian Stank focussed on decision-making in crisis situations. Stephan Schneider, also a MBA alumnus, spoke about negotiation skills and strategies and tactics for developing them. Entrepreneur, angel investor and strategic advisor Christian Hille held a workshop entitled "Redefine Banking & Investment – Augmented Financial Intelligence". In the fourth workshop, CEO and founder of Zebracorn Friedrich Kammerlander, Executive MBA alumnus, spoke about agile leadership.

After a coffee break, smaller groups were given programme-specific updates on the individual Master's courses.

The successful event concluded with a networking reception with drinks, finger food and live music in the foyer of Frankfurt School. The reunion offered alumni a wonderful opportunity to catch up with old friends, make new contacts and return to the Frankfurt School campus. The event was the first reunion specifically for Frankfurt School alumni of the pre-experience Master of Finance, Master in Management and Master in Applied Data Science programmes. Due to the positive feedback, the FS Alumni Relations team is now planning to offer the format on a regular basis.
