Frankfurt am Main, 22.03.2024 12:00:00

Frankfurt School of Finance & Management has been awarded Germany's best university for auditors 2024/25 by manager magazin for the third time in a row. The magazine compiles the ranking “Germany's best auditors” in cooperation with Wissenschaftliche Gesellschaft für Management und Beratung (WGMB).

In the category of "Universities", Frankfurt School maintains its position at the top, as it did in the previous rankings of 2020 and 2022. Frankfurt School is one of only four universities to receive the highest rating of "excellent" with 466 out of a possible 500 points. The rankings are based on evaluations from over 80 auditing companies and approximately 1400 of their clients.

"The renewed first place in the manager magazin ranking confirms what our business school stands for as one of the largest and most research-intensive business faculties in Germany," says Professor Dr Nils Stieglitz, President and CEO at Frankfurt School. "One of our main goals is to make the results of our research available for practical use. The Master in Auditing lives this symbiosis, and the award reflects not only the success of our degree programme, but above all the success of our students and alumni."

Professor Dr Edgar Löw, Programme Director of the Master in Auditing, adds: "We are delighted to receive this award from manager magazin for the third time in a row, as it is a truly exceptional achievement. Only recently, our Master in Auditing programme, which we offer in cooperation with the Hochschule Mainz, was reaccredited by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA) and also received the FIBAA Premium label — an award that is rarely granted."

Frankfurt School's Master in Auditing prepares students for a career as an auditor. It also offers corresponding specialisations in other degree programmes, for example in the Bachelor programme with a focus on auditing and consulting.

The Master in Auditing at Frankfurt School is accredited by the Foundation for International Business Administration Accreditation (FIBAA), among others. Students on the programme already receive recognition for three of seven examinations for the auditor's examination. The programme prepares students specifically for the four remaining examinations.
