Frankfurt School of Finance & Management is one of Europe’s leading business schools, accredited by AACSB, AMBA and EQUIS.  We invite applications for a tenure-track faculty position as Assistant, Associate or Full Professor of Organization and Management Theory.

We are looking for exceptional people to advance research on important facets of organization theory, including but not limited to organization design, organizational change and adaptation, social networks, and sense-making and cognition.  Frankfurt School offers a modern campus and a stimulating research environment with attractive research funding and all the opportunities of a vibrant private business school.  The Management Department is an international hub for high-end research in strategy and organization.  The successful candidate is expected to contribute to teaching in the area of Organization and Management and to the overall development of the Management Department and Frankfurt School as a whole. For a tenure-track position as assistant professor, we require a Ph.D. degree in management or a related field, to be completed by August 2024.  The application package should consist of a CV, the job market paper, up to two additional papers (published or unpublished), a research statement, a teaching statement and three letters of reference.

For a tenured position at the associate or full professor level, we require a Ph.D. degree in Organization or a related field, a strong publication record in top journals in Management or a related field as well as international visibility within the academic community.  The application package should consist of a cover letter, CV, up to three papers (at least one of which is unpublished), a research statement, a teaching statement (including a list of courses taught and sample evaluations), and the contact information of at least three academic references.
